If you are not ready for a full trekking trip to Kilimanjaro then here is a mash up to test your trekking abilities.

A day or two will take you from the famous marangu route main Gate to mandara hut and back to the gate, however you can extend by overnight at mandara hut and proceed the hike towards horombo Hut camp or maundi crater and back to the entry gate.
